Our clinic offers both walk-in and by appointment consultations. Patients are encouraged to book an appointment, especially on weekends and after-hours, as walk-ins may be experiencing long wait times.
The Doctors within this centre Bulk-Bill all patients who are holders of a valid Medicare Card.
Please present your relevant Medicare and/or Concession cards to reception. Fees may apply to Specialists, Dental and Allied Health services and any non-Medicare service item. Private fees apply to all non-Medicare card holders. All fees are payable at the time of consultation.

Primary Dental is located within this centre. The Dentists specialise in family and cosmetic dentistry and offer routine and preventative dental treatments, as well as a range of cosmetic dental solutions. You are able to make an appointment via our in Centre Receptionists, call the centre direct or visit www.primarydental.com.au to make an online appointment.
We welcome feedback from patients to help us improve the services at our Centre. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously. Please speak to the Practice Manager or your doctor to discuss your concerns. If you prefer to fill in our feed back form above please do so.

The doctors in this centre are available for house calls and external visits to regular patients under certain circumstances. Please see the receptionist or call the centres to request a home visit.
Test Results, Scripts, Referrals & Other Paperwork
For privacy reasons test results are not given out over the telephone. This means that all patients are required to return to the centre to discuss their results during a consultation with a Doctor. You will also be required to attend the Centre to obtain any referrals, scripts etc. as part of a consultation with a Doctor. Our Receptionists are not trained to provide such information and they will not be taking any requests for any of these items.
The Doctors in this centre routinely send recall and reminder letters along with SMS to patients regarding follow up consultation and the review of test results. From time to time you may also be contacted and provided information about improving your health and offering you access to preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to receive these reminders please advise your Doctor or reception team.
Unless it is an emergency, we do not disturb Doctors during consultations with telephone calls. A message can be taken by reception staff and sent to the Doctor electronically for their response.
