Erica is passionate about the human body and movement-based rehabilitation. She grew up as an active and energetic person, and she loves to share her enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Through adopting a tailored and holistic approach, Erica believes each of her clients' experience, abilities, and goals are incorporated in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. She is motivated to empower people to stay active and make changes in their lives.
Outside of her physiotherapy career, Erica loves cats, enjoys her morning runs, eating great food, spending time with friends, and exploring nature.
