Charmi is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience across Sri Lanka and Australia. She has worked in both hospital and private practice settings, developing broad expertise in orthopaedics, neurology, musculoskeletal conditions and paediatric rehabilitation. Her hospital background also includes experience in intensive care and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Since relocating to Australia, Charmi has worked in private practice for nearly two years, where she focuses on hands-on therapy, individualised exercise programs and patient education. She takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care, conducting thorough assessments and tailoring rehabilitation plans to support recovery, mobility and long-term function.

Charmi is passionate about helping people restore movement, manage pain effectively and return to the activities they enjoy with confidence and independence.
