Dasha is a Board Registered Psychologist, Medicare Provider, Full Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc.

Dasha Lvov is a qualified psychologist with degrees from the prestigious University of Melbourne and Murdoch University. She began her career as a behavioural therapist supporting children on the autism spectrum and has since developed extensive experience working with complex adult presentations. Her background spans forensic settings (contracted with the Department of Corrective Services), family court referrals, community alcohol and drug services, not-for-profit health centres, and private practice.

Dasha’s areas of special interest include mood and anxiety disorders, addictions and trauma, grief and bereavement, and self-esteem and personal development. She uses an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to the needs of each individual, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy (ST). Dasha is passionate about supporting clients on their journey toward improved mental health and wellbeing.
